Night View Bus

The night view from the top of Wakakusayama hill is a gorgeous treat!!

In summer, a special bus runs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

(This year, from July 13th to September 30th)

It departs from JR Nara station east exit, No.4 bus stop, at 7:30 pm,

and then from Kintetsu Nara station, No. 20 bus stop, at 7:35 pm.

Just be there on time, no reservation is needed.

Bus fare is 600 JPY for adults, 300 JPY for children.

(Prepaid IC cards are accepted.)

We arrived at the top of hill at 8:00 pm.

A volunteer guide will show you the way (but in Japanese only…)

The bus leaves the hilltop car park at 8:30 pm and

arrives back at the station by 9:00 pm.
