The “Shika-senbei” Throwing Tournament
The “Shika-senbei” (Deer Cracker) Throwing Tournament is held at Mt. Wakakusa-yama several times a year.
Deer standing by to catch a cracker!
Mega-size senbei are used, and you can win a prize for throwing one over 20m or 30m.
You can have a maximum of 3 throws, but throwing them is a real challenge, especially when it’s windy!
There’s a special “Antler Trophy” for the champion.
Just for participating, you can get a deer sun visor.
