Night-time Noh performances at Kasuga-taisha shrine dance stage (Maidono) and Kofuku-ji Temple.
In beautiful late spring, watching Noh performed by firelight in a natural, historical setting, you enter a subtle and profound world.
Tickets can be bought on the day, but there are likely to be very few (5,500 JPY).
If you can’t get tickets, there is some free standing space at Kofuku-ji Temple.
Performances start from 11:00~ and 17:30~ at both sites.
