Why don’t you visit “Join Japan Nara” ?
They offer you an opportunity to wear a KIMONO for free.
If you want to try the tea ceremony as well, you can experience it there for only 300 yen.
No reservation is needed. Just come and join in!
Since 1993, this volunteer group has met on the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Nara City Chubu Kominkan (City hall) to provide this experience to overseas visitors.
